The declaration is completed based on the following documents:
The declaration may be submitted through the Administrative Services Centre or online via the Diia portal (diia.gov.uk).
The State Architectural and Construction Control Authority must verify the information stated in the declaration within ten days from the date of submission.
Once registered, the declaration will be recorded in the Construction Activity Register.
You can check the registration of the declaration on the State Electronic System in the Construction Sector Portal.
Under Article 331 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, ownership rights to newly built properties (including residential buildings and structures) take effect upon completion of construction and formal approval for use.
