We facilitate partnerships between Ukrainian communities, entrepreneurs, and leading Dutch organizations with the experience and resources to support Ukraine’s reconstruction. With our expertise and connections in the Netherlands, we can help you access European funding programs, find suitable investors, and implement innovative solutions for your business or community.
Why is cooperation with the Netherlands important?
European funds often provide grants and subsidies to European businesses willing to invest in Ukraine. Therefore, a key success factor is establishing cooperation between Ukrainian and Dutch companies, non-governmental organizations, and governmental bodies. Such partnerships not only open up new financial opportunities but also foster technological development and improve the business environment.
To enable Ukrainian communities and businesses to benefit from these opportunities, we aim to serve as a link between Ukraine and the Netherlands, fostering a strong network of partnerships. As the Ambassador of Odesa in The Hague (Netherlands), I, Nataliia Lytvynenko, am dedicated to making international collaboration more accessible for Ukrainian organizations. In this role, I establish partnerships between Ukrainian and Dutch businesses, organizations, and municipalities. Our team supports companies to attract foreign investments, participate in EU grant programs, and implement innovative solutions.
How can we help you?

More about our projects
The conflict in Ukraine has led to significant economic devastation, necessitating the reconstruction of businesses and housing infrastructure. The article explores strategies to facilitate the return of displaced citizens through collaborative housing policies and partnerships with businesses.
Employing migrant workers is no new way to fill domestic labour market shortages. The enlargement of the European Union in 2004 and 2007 triggered a significant increase in the number of migrant workers in the Netherlands, including in the province of Gelderland. This increase has put additional pressure on the already difficult housing market in the Netherlands. This study aims to describe and explain the actors involved in housing policies for migrant workers and explores their roles in the development and implementation processes. The focus is on how these actors address housing issues for migrants, and the study further examines the challenges they face. The research is based on a single case study of municipalities in the Green Metropolitan Region of Arnhem-Nijmegen, Gelderland.
