My Journey: From Aspiration to Expertise

Like many others, I completed school uncertain of my career aspirations. My father suggested that I enrol in the Faculty of Land Management and Cadastre, despite my limited understanding of the field. However, instinct told me that this was the right path.

Discovering My Calling

As a student, I undertook an internship in France, where I had the opportunity to observe a land auction and witness the work of experienced land management professionals. Their ability to assist individuals with complex matters, while demonstrating professionalism and care, deeply inspired me. It was then that I realised I wanted to dedicate my career to helping others navigate intricate legal procedures with clarity and support.

Early Career and Key Lessons

My professional journey commenced in 2006 at "Lider", during the early stages of the Sauvignon district’s development. It was an exciting period marked by new construction projects and the initial phases of property privatisation. Witnessing the emergence of new communities was fascinating, but what truly inspired me was seeing individuals achieve peace of mind upon receiving their long-awaited documents. It was at this moment that I understood my mission: to transform a complex and bureaucratic process into a straightforward and effortless experience.

Entrepreneurial Endeavours: "UkrProfi"

In 2012, following years of practical experience, I co-founded "UkrProfi" alongside a colleague. Initially specialising in land valuation and land management, we soon recognised a greater demand. Rather than merely processing documentation, we aimed to ensure that our clients felt supported and reassured at every stage. This client-centric approach became our guiding principle and a defining milestone in my career.

Pursuing My Own Vision: "Advice Service"

In 2013, I took the decisive step to establish my own company, aligning fully with my professional values. Thus, "Advice Service" was founded. Here, I embraced a more personalised client approach, extending my expertise beyond land management and property valuation to guiding clients through bureaucratic complexities. After successfully growing the company, I opted to sell it in 2019, shifting my focus towards independent practice.

Engaging in Large-Scale Projects: Zezman

In 2021, I was invited to lead the Coordination and Permitting Department at Zezman, an opportunity to engage in major development projects. Under my direction, we launched the KEKS residential complex on Fruktova Street and devised detailed territorial plans and a master plan for Prylymanske village. This experience deepened my expertise in large-scale business operations, while reinforcing my commitment to working with and for people.

Education: The Foundation of Expertise

2006: Graduated from Odessa State Agrarian University, Faculty of Land Management and Cadastre.
2008: Obtained a qualification certificate as a land appraiser.
2018: Certified as an evaluator of real estate, vehicles, machinery, and equipment.
2020: Enrolled in Odessa State Academy, Faculty of Architectural and Civil Engineering.
2024: Earned a Master’s degree in Spatial Planning from Radboud University, Netherlands.

This academic foundation provided me with profound knowledge of urban planning, sustainable development, and human-centred spatial design. Today, I apply these principles in my ongoing work towards Ukraine’s restoration.
